What we’re looking for is an individual to work with the CTS team. You will be a part of a wide variety of tasks and experiences. You’ll be doing everything from talking with customers, to helping with the development of customer experience enhancements. If you are a motivated, smart, and driven individual who’s looking to experience working in a start-up environment, this is the position for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting key team members on individual tasks and projects related to online community development
- Provide support to uShip’s member incentive program
- Help uShip members with various account issues via email and phone
- some research and data entry tasks
Job Requirements:
- Current college student
- Approximately 15+ hours per week
- Must be willing to work for college credit and/or recommendations – this is an unpaid internship
- Highly self-motivated
- Internet savvy and well versed in running or using transaction based internet sites
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and very organized
